Weirdest place…
Probably have to be a small area in my college’s quad called the Shoe Tree. Tradition is if you meet somebody at my college and you end up getting married, you each take an old shoe and nail it to the tree. If you have a child, you can nail their shoe to the tree, too.

When I was with my ex back in 06, I went to a Baptist Thanksgiving Mass at a church her father knew. Never smelt so much brimstone in my life!

Oh, I don’t know the name of the town right off the top of my head, but before I say what’s what, it requires a bit of backstory. My mom had a divorce hearing two years ago in Sullivan, Indiana, the county that plays home to the prison at which my former stepfather currently serves time and thus the nearest court with which he could file anything. I went along to serve as navigator and to change the radio station when the signal of the last became too weak. We decided that rather than getting stuck in traffic on I-31 on the way back to Elkhart that afternoon, we’d find an alternate route, and after deciding on our alternate route, we passed through a town somewhere near Danville. Here’s where the weird comes in, as the main street of this small town, whatever it’s name is, ran straight through that town’s cemetery. The cemetery, to the town’s founders’ credit was a small ways from the main body of the town, but it was divided in two by the road that a short drive before served as the town’s main street.
The strangest place is my town Merrimack NH. They don’t like to pay to fix things they make new businesses do that.
